Eligibility for Return/Exchange

1. Products can only be returned or exchanged within 24–48 hours of delivery.

2. Returns/exchanges will only be accepted if:

• You have received the wrong product.

• The product size is incorrect.

3. Used products will not be eligible for return, exchange, or refund under any circumstances.

Conditions for Return

• The product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all tags, packaging, boxes, and bags intact.

• Personal care products such as deodorants, perfumes, and similar items cannot be returned once opened.

• A product opening video is mandatory for initiating any return or exchange request. This helps us verify the condition of the product at the time of delivery.

Process

1. If you wish to return/exchange, please raise a request within 24–48 hours of receiving your product.

2. Any product-related complaints must be addressed through the concerned brand’s portal as our bills/invoices are valid for warranty claims.

3. Once the returned product is received and evaluated by our team, refunds will be initiated within the standard processing time.

Important Notes

• Returns/exchanges without original tags, boxes, or packaging will not be accepted.

• Refunds/exchanges will be processed only after our quality check confirms the product’s eligibility. If Refund is eligible then you will get the refund in next 72 hours.

• Products showing signs of usage, damage, or tampering will not qualify for return or refund.
